Trish has significant experience in contemporary international human resource practices with over 20 years working with global companies in insurance, finance, medical devices, local government and not-for-profit organisations. Her high-level experience include mergers & acquisitions, growth, retraction, workforce planning, cultural change, leadership and team development, and personal coaching. |
| Her hands on approach, and project management focus, has led to many successful implementations of systems and processes from start-up HR function to global cultural programs ensuring the staff understand the organisations strategic direction. Trish lived in Sydney until 2006 when an opportunity to move to Mission Beach couldn’t be ignored, and has been living very happily as part of the local community ever since. Her great passion is to help people achieve what they want to do in work and life, and she believes working with local businesses and their staff can help regional communities retain the lifestyle which is the envy of city dwellers. Her qualifications include BBus (HRM), Cert IV in Small Business Management, an accredited trainer in Team Management Systems (TMS), and a nationally accredited mediator. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Mediation Association. | |
